Cheeses made from goat milk have very special properties; highly digestible and low in cholesterol. It is delicious, and also very tollerable for babies, for the elderly and, ideal for those with cow milk intolerances.

From the milk of their goats, Massimo and Denise, produce a variety of products: fresh ricotta and a range of fresh and seasoned cheeses, yoghurt and of course fresh, pasteurized bottled goat's milk. (CE certified).
